- Contact the airline directly to arrange assistance
- Inform staff about your specific needs
- Wheelchairs are available at the airport
- Wheelchairs are transported free of charge, in addition to free baggage allowance
- Maximum weight per wheelchair: 16-18 kg
- Maximum 2 foldable wheelchairs per aircraft
- Electric wheelchairs cannot be transported due to aircraft limitations
- Consult with your doctor before traveling if you have medical conditions
- Inform the airline about any medical equipment you need
- Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions
- The airline is not responsible for health consequences related to passenger's medical condition
- We recommend that pregnant women familiarize themselves with airline requirements before the intended flight
- Passenger service agents and flight attendants have the right to request certificates confirming the stage of pregnancy and general health condition
- Travel restrictions may apply in late pregnancy
- Check with your airline for specific policies
- JSC Aviation Company Zhetysu does not transport stretcher passengers due to aircraft limitations
- As our flights are subsidized, free flights are not provided on subsidized and charter flights
