Baggage Information
- Free baggage allowance: 10 kg per passenger
- Baggage dimensions should not exceed 50cm x 50cm x 20cm (length x width x depth)
- Children under 2 years (without seat): free
- Children under 2 years (with seat): 50% of adult fare
- Children 2-15 years: 50% of adult fare
- Excess baggage charges: 200 tenge per 1 kg
- Baggage must be properly packed and secured
- Fragile items should be clearly marked
- Prohibited items cannot be transported in baggage
- Hand luggage size depends on airline requirements
- Baggage allowance is determined by your purchased tariff
- Payment is charged for baggage exceeding the free allowance according to the carrier's tariff
- Portable electronic smoking devices powered by batteries are prohibited, including: electronic cigarettes, electronic cigars, electronic pipes, personal vaporizers, and electronic nicotine delivery systems
- These devices must be carried in carry-on baggage only
- Lithium content in batteries must not exceed 2 grams
- Specific power of lithium-ion batteries must not exceed 100 watt-hours
- Portable electronic devices (watches, calculators, cameras, phones, laptops, video cameras) containing lithium or lithium-ion elements, as well as spare batteries
- Maximum 2 separately protected spare batteries per person
- For devices with batteries between 100-160 watt-hours, coordination with the operator is required
- Report lost or damaged baggage immediately at the baggage service desk
- Keep your baggage claim tag for reference
- File a report with airline staff
